A divine structure. A massive painting is needed to create the full landscape of the Bustle Dress. Inspired by 1930’s dressing gowns; snug in the bosom, open in the front, flaring out in movement. Elegant and sexy; a feminine landscape that captures all the geographic curves.
Bustle up for sass or down for elegance, to coffee in jeans, to the pool over a bathing suit or garnishing a sleek gown to the opera. It all works with the Bustle Dress. A client bought one to wear to the beach on holidays and she reported that many children followed her down the beach. Pick one colour as your base and Yáahl, G̱úud,Tsai will procure the rest.

The Swing swings.
Three diaphanous layers create a kaleidoscope of colourful veils to spin around your silhouette. The front two layers of the swing are short; the first providing a night sky into the second, a G̱uhlahl (jade) bubbled pool.
Áa uu G̱ántl íijang. Here is some water. The Ts’íng Beaver appears out from the depth of the water and into the night. The third layer, the back, is longer than the front and translucent, revealing the curve of your back in silhouette. You are in the middle, the center of the universe. Wash and wear and wear and wear.

G̱án ḵ’aldangáagang! It’s amazing!
Ts’úu íist uu tlaawhlgáagang. It’s made out of red cedar. The Puffy Coat has serious Japanese influence; simple, elegant, no unnecessary parts. No angry corners. ‘Woven cedar’ printed on the coat exterior mimics cedar strips the Haida weave into clothing, baskets and hats.
Áa uu G̱ántl íijang. Here is some water. The lining of the coat is G̱uhlahl/jade with clear dots to represent water bubbles.
A Leonardo spine down the center back represents where we are all the same; a talisman of strength. Hlḵ’yáan ḵ’úst’aan Frog is printed on the collar and Ts’ing Beaver is on the back. Cuddly, washable, warm, two ties and you are off.

Known as a spiritual guide that provides connection to a higher realm, Guud represents strength of character, courage and healing power. Eagles mate for life and are fiercely loyal.
Known for intelligence, leadership and a strong sense of family values, Guuj is a great team player and mates for life. G̱úuj symbolizes perseverance, intuition and success .
The Hummingbird is the messenger of joy. Known for its fortitude and ability to overcome great obstacles, Dakdakdíiyáa symbolizes the spirit of metamorphosis, peace, healing and love.
Ts’ing are determined builders of the mind, body and soul. A hard worker, they symbolize creativity, cooperation, persistence and harmony.
Hlḵ’yáan ḵ’úst’aan is the voice of the people, symbolizing openness, stability and superior communication. It represents great wealth.
Tsiin is the provider of life. Bringing the riches of the sea to spawning rivers, Salmon symbolizes prosperity, fertility, abundance, renewal and good luck.
